NONÒ is Stefano Soave’s graduation project, afterwards produced by Alma Design . It is a tribute to Bruno Munari chairs for short visits and to Achille Castiglioni saddle. Drawing inspiration from the idea of temporariness and transition, this project aims to create a hybrid sitting, NO chair and NO stool . It doesn’t want to replace the function of these two traditional sittings, but it aims to provide a temporary support for short waiting or transit times. The support allows to stay in a semi-sitting position, ready to leave again, and to partially discharge the weight of the body, creating the necessary comfort for those little moments of pause in a hectic routine. The small central hole adds a further element to the seat dynamism and functionality, allowing to move and pile it quickly.
